Who we are
We are a dynamic and diverse network of women for whom Sisterhood is the hub. Our ages range from twenty-something to eighty-plus; a half dozen different languages are represented in our rolls; we are married, single, widowed, partnered, lesbian and straight, parents and not; we are deeply spiritual and seriously irreverent; we miss each other terribly between meetings.

What we are
We are both a fundraising organization and a social network. Our fundraising activities support or supplement programs, projects and special requests throughout the Synagogue and the community. Our social activities bring together CBI women in a variety of settings, from afternoon teas to mountain treks.

What we do
We sponsor entertainment, special events and programming for CBI women, the congregation and the larger community. Our gift shop is the area's number one source for books, tapes, ritual objects and fine Judaic art, including work by many of our own area's exceptional artists.
