2026-27 Gan Keshet Application - Form - Congregation B'nai Israel

Gan Keshet applications for the school year beginning in September 2026 are due February 15, 2026. Applications received after this date will be placed on our waitlist.

Admissions decisions will be made in early March with notifications sent via email. Families will have until mid-March to accept their space and make a $500 deposit.

Your application is not complete until the $35 application fee is paid. If you have a current Seven Hills voucher, please email gan.keshet@cbinorthampton.org for an application payment code before submitting.

Program Selection

In this section we ask that you select your child's schedule. Admissions decisions are made based on a holistic decision which includes the schedule you select on your application.

The schedule at Gan Keshet is broken into three parts:

Morning Program
- 8:15–8:45 am Arrival and Free Play
- 9:45 am Circle Time
- 10:15 am Snack
- 10:45 am Outdoor Play
- 12:00 pm Lunch
- 12:45 pm Pick-Up for Morning Program Students
Afternoon Program
- 1:00 pm Rest
- 2:00 pm Outdoor Play
- 3:00 pm* Pick-Up for Afternoon Program Students
  Note: Afternoon program ends at 2:30 pm on Fridays from November through February for Shabbat.
Extended Day (Monday-Thursday)
- 3:15 pm Snack and Activities
- 5:15 pm Latest Pick-Up for Extended Day Students

All children must be enrolled in the morning program (4 or 5 days).

Children may be enrolled in the Afternoon Program on days where they are enrolled in the Morning Program. Children may be enrolled on the Extended Day on days where they are enrolled in the Afternoon Program.

Note: We have a limited number of spaces for children seeking part-time care. Most spaces in our program are filled with children with schedules of four to five full (8:15-3) days.

Scholarship

Limited scholarship funds are available through the Alberts' Memorial Scholarship Fund. Scholarship applications are due February 20. Families will receive scholarship award decisions prior to the acceptance deadline.
