Saturday, March 27 to Sunday, April 4

Last year, Passover in a pandemic caught us by surprise.  This year, most of us will either be making Passover ourselves, hosting a Zoom seder for the first time, or looking for new ways to make the holiday personally meaningful. We are happy to offer a collection of learning, spiritual, and social experiences for first timers as well as seasoned seder leaders, young families, and all of us seeking the company of friends and community.

Join Kate for some warm soapy water play (individual tubs provided). We’ll listen to “Miriam’s Song” by Debbie Friedman as we explore the water and celebrate Miriam helping her brother Moses as part of the story of Passover. We’ll use our hands to explore different textures and make a colorful, water-themed, felted textile centerpiece or play mat for your young family seder table. This activity has multiple parts, allowing it to be accessible and engaging for a broad range of ages/stages from 12 months to 10 years. All ages welcome.
