Purchase a shofar from the CBI Office to use all Elul long and through the High Holy Days. These shofarot make a great gift for yourself or for a friend or relative.
Yizkor Book of Remembrance
It is our tradition at Congregation B'nai Israel to prepare a Book of Remembrance for distribution during the Yizkor service on Yom Kippur. It is considered an honor to the memories of both the recently deceased and other family members to include their names along with a contribution. We suggest a minimum donation of $18 per name to be included in the Book of Remembrance.
In this volume, we also list the names of all who have passed away since last Rosh Hashanah. Please submit your request by October 4 to ensure the names get entered.
