Rabbi Ariella Rosen

Bio

Rabbi Ariella Rosen (she/her) arrived in Northampton in the summer of 2022, and oversees educational programming and supports the spiritual life of the CBI community. She has previously served in leadership roles with college students at Hillel at the University of Toronto, as an assistant rabbi at a synagogue in the Philadelphia suburbs, and as the rabbinical and cantorial admissions director at the Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS) in New York City. She also continues to find ways to work in the field of Jewish summer camp, which helps her further develop as an experiential educator. Rabbi Ariella was ordained as a rabbi from JTS where she also earned a MA. She earned BAs from JTS and Columbia University in midrash (biblical interpretation) and psychology. Rabbi Ariella strives to embody a mindset of welcoming and joy in both work and life.​
