During these long winter months of the pandemic, singing helps us to breathe, reduce stress, improve mood, lower blood pressure and connect us with others. Please join Tzipora (also known as Felicia Sloin) for a six week singing group with CBI. Sundays from 7-8pm, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/21, and 2/28 (note: no class on 2/14). We will sing a variety of Jewish and secular songs to lift our spirits and connect us to the things that matter in life.
