• Vaccination Requirements: We are no longer requiring proof of vaccination. 
• Masks are optional for all indoor and outdoor services and programs.
• Self-Screening: We ask that you continue to self-screen for symptoms before coming to CBI and stay home if you have any COVID-19 symptoms. 
• Livestream: We will continue to offer live streaming services each Friday night and Saturday morning and for holiday services. 

We will continue to revisit these policies. As always, leadership and staff are here for you, and we are working to create new ways to support one another. If you need any support at all, please reach out to one of us.
