Bridging the Divide Between Jews and Palestinians
Thursday, January 16, 2025 • 16 Tevet 5785
8:30 PM - 9:30 PMThe Bridging the Divide Coalition invites you to join us for a discussion of the book: THE WALL BETWEEN: What Jews and Palestinians Don’t Want to Know About Each Other, featuring authors, Raja G. Khouri and Jeffrey J. Wilkinson, PhD who will share their collaboration on their ground-breaking work that seeks to bridge the divide between Jews and Palestinians, including those in the diaspora beyond Israel/Palestine. A Jew and a Palestinian, they have listened deeply to each other’s narratives in order to develop empathy for the other, an essential alternative to endless conflict. A moderated Q&A will take place following the presentation. This Zoom event will take place on Thursday, January 16th, from 7-8:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public. The Bridging the Divide Coalition, largely composed of diverse local peace and justice activists, seeks to promote dialogue that fosters understanding. This event is being hosted in a partnership between CBI, The Bridging the Divide Coalition, and Forbes Library
