Register for High Holy Days 5784 at CBI
Please take care to read and answer each question. This form includes programming for adults, children, and teens.

Please refer to the complete schedule for detailed explanations of each service. 

If your plans change after you submit this form, we will ask you to submit a Change of Plans form, updating us with the most current information.

A copy of your registration will be sent to your email for your records. We will ask for names at the door.
 

Please list the names and ages of everyone (excluding the name already entered above) who will be attending any part of High Holy Day services:
This is a tentative offering, depending on interest. We will follow up with you individually if it becomes available.
We will follow up with you individually to determine which shift(s) you are available to take on. The Parking/Security team will require a brief training.
Examples may include accessible parking, ASL interpretation, or wheelchair accessibility.

A Note on COVID: Masks are optional in all indoor spaces. An outdoor tent will be available to participate in Sanctuary services. Please do not come to CBI if you are exhibiting any signs of respiratory infection. 
Please review the service schedule below and select how many people (INCLUDING kids!) from your household plan to attend each gathering in person. Be as accurate as possible.

ROSH HASHANAH
Friday, September 15th at 6:30 pm in the CBI Sanctuary with a sermon by Rabbi Jacob Fine.
Saturday, September 16th at 9:00 am in the CBI Sanctuary with a sermon by Rabbi Nancy Flam.
Saturday, September 16th from 9:00-9:45 am. For children ages 0-6 and their grownups.
If you plan to attend a Family Service, please register for a specific time. Both services are identical and we will check all registrations at the door for each service so that we can accommodate everyone:
This service has reached capacity and is now closed. You may still register for the second family musical service from 11:45-1:00. 
For ALL ages, with a special focus on kids, ages 6-12.
Saturday, September 16th at the Beetan on Abundance Farm from 10:15-11:30 am.
Saturday, September 16th at the Beetan on Abundance Farm from 11:45-1:00 pm.
Sunday, September 17th at 9:00 am  in the CBI Sanctuary with a sermon by Rabbi Becca Walker.
Sunday, September 17th in the LGA Oolam from 9:00-10:15 am.
With Rabbi Nancy Flam; no prior meditation experience is needed.
Sunday, September 17th in the LGA Oolam from 10:30-11:30 am. For families with children of ALL ages.
Taschlich will be held at the Mill River at 4:00 pm. There is no need to register.
YOM KIPPUR
Registration is not required for the Kever Avot Memorial Service at the CBI Cemetery.

Sunday, September 24th at 6:15 pm in the CBI Sanctuary with a sermon by Rabbi Ariella Rosen.
Monday, September 25th at 9:00 am in the CBI Sanctuary with a sermon by Rabbi Jacob Fine.

   Reading Jonah through a Queer Studies Lens with Dr. Sari Fein: 2:00-3:00 pm
   Midday Reset: Chanting and Contemplation with Jen Wenz: 3:10-4:10 pm
   Nishmat Chayim: the Soul's Sense of Smell with Rabbi Jacob Fine: 4:15-5:15 pmServices will be over before the start of learning sessions. Stay for the whole afternoon, or attend any that interest you.

Non-members are encouraged to make financial contribution to support our programming. Please make a financial contribution that reflects your capacity on a sliding scale of $0-360.

We suggest $180 per person. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Current members of CBI as well as visitors are invited to make an additional contribution of any size which will be allocated to the Kol Nidre Appeal for 5784.
