Noah Steinhardt

Bio

Noah Steinhardt and his wife Sara joined CBI in 2023 after relocating from Brookline, MA. Their son Solly (5) and daughter Elle (3) are part of the Gan Keshet community, and the Steinhardts are regulars at Shabbat Shaboom, the Mazel Tots havurah, and on the CBI softball team, the Shluggers. Noah is currently serving on the Lead Rabbinic Search Committee. He grew up as the son of the senior rabbi of a large synagogue, where the shul was both his playground and the center of community life. It was where he learned that a synagogue is a place to gather, laugh, mourn, celebrate, argue, and sing — and that healthy communities balance warmth with clear boundaries and strong leadership. Professionally, Noah has spent the past decade leading sales and account management teams in the tech sector. He currently manages a national team at DoorDash, where he oversees hiring, budgeting, strategy, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration, and is focused on building systems that support long-term growth. He brings both operational experience and a deep appreciation for the complexity of running a large Jewish institution. As a board member, Noah hopes to help strengthen CBI’s organizational structure and leadership, cultivate a stronger culture of philanthropy, and ensure that as the community grows it remains a warm, grounded place for young families and longtime members alike. He believes CBI’s next chapter requires both a clear center of gravity and an intentional commitment to interpersonal warmth.
