Bio
Marit (pronounced "Mah-dit" and rhymes with "got it" uses she/her pronouns) is absolutely thrilled to be returning to Gan Keshet preschool for third year at GK.! Marit holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a minor in theatre and specialized training in Drama Therapy. She has several years of experience as an Outdoor/Environmental Educator, a Therapeutic Case Manager and has most recently discovered her passion for teaching preschool-aged children. She lives with her amazing fiancé, Pride and magnificent daughter, Kiara Blue, who will be starting kindergarten this fall. Marit loves to play pretend (especially outside), making up silly songs on her ukulele, conversing with puppets, and building fantastical contraptions out of cardboard. Her superpowers are silliness and creativity and she really enjoys quiet moments, fall weather and being with friends. She is so excited to meet you and can't wait to begin this new adventurous school year together!
